Unsere Ziele
- We want to build a ecotourism resort which only uses natural materials like clay, bamboo and wood. The main energy for electricity is provided by water and sun energy. It is a very important time to protect nature & animals by the rising tourism in Laos.
- We want to build a Youth Center / School to educate Lao children in the northern area of Laos. There is nearly no school which teaches english and there are no creative subjects like art or music, so we want to provide theses subjects and care about after school activities for teenagers. There is also no possibility for the kids to use the Internet or other modern technologies for education and entertainment.
- We want to preserve the Nam Ou (River through northern Laos, passing Nong Khiaw). At the moment there is no garbage collection at the villages along the Nam Ou. Everyone is throwing the garbage into the river. Right now the river is strong and big enough to absorb the pollution, but the rising tourism and the growing villages will soon be a problem for the beautiful green river. In cooperation with Village people of Nong Khiaw we want to build trash bins for every house and organize a garbage collection.
- We want to organize workshops and further education for Village people in northern Laos.
